The Client was 1 year into running their first product brand they originally started on Etsy and had the Amazon channel live for 8 months when we stepped in to help. What started as a side hustle had become the main hustle and there was a lot to do to grow it.


The founder has a creative background, which is great for branding, content and all things visual. Not so great for operations, financial planning and forecasting. No problem, for us this is a great chance for us to show immediate value and get brands quickly up to speed on how to think and operate their new business.
