The client was rotating agency partners every 12 months for the 3 years prior to engaging Adaptive. They had built a $1MM Amazon business but were getting ready to transition all of their products to a new brand, which meant starting from scratch with sales and reviews. They were advertising, but were not aggressive and were not ranking at top of search.


Once we had implemented the brand transition to launch new SKUs and catalog optimizations, we were met with nearly constant ASIN attack and with Amazon's hands-off nature to solving these issues, it truly was lonely at the top of the mountain.


Top it off with a new, very strict compliance policy being rolled out by Amazon, the client looked to Adaptive to spearhead the development of processes to keep listings active, accurate and compliant.
